Terms and conditions for using Growown

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Growown Growown ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Growown.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

2.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring all information provided is accurate and up-to-date

3. Trading Services

3.1 Platform Access

We provide access to trading services including stocks, commodities, forex, and options. All trades are executed based on real-time market data and are subject to market conditions.

3.2 Trading Risks

Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that:

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • You may lose your entire investment
  • Market conditions can change rapidly
  • You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose

3.3 Order Execution

We strive to execute orders promptly, but execution may be delayed due to market conditions, technical issues, or regulatory requirements. We are not liable for delays in order execution.

4. Funds and Payments

4.1 Deposits

Funds deposited to your account are subject to verification and may take 2-3 business days to be credited. Minimum deposit amount is ₹1,000.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 2-3 business days. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100. Withdrawals are subject to account verification and compliance checks.

4.3 Fees and Charges

We may charge fees for various services including trading, withdrawals, and account maintenance. All fees are disclosed in our Charges section and are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
  • Use automated systems or bots without authorization
  • Manipulate market prices or engage in market abuse
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Growown and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the past 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Growown harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Fail to comply with regulatory requirements
  • Provide false or misleading information

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any remaining balance will be processed according to our withdrawal policies.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through email or platform notifications. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
